Industrial 4G Router

Overview

The Industrial 4G Router is a wireless communication gateway engineered for harsh industrial environments. Lingqi’s router supports 4G LTE Cat4/Cat6 full-netcom with dual SIM card design, switching to the backup card in milliseconds during primary card failure for always-on connectivity. Built-in IPSec, OpenVPN, L2TP, and GRE tunnel protocols establish end-to-end encrypted transmission channels, meeting electric power secondary security and Classified Protection 2.0 requirements.

The router provides robust industrial protection: 15kV ESD protection, 4kV surge protection, -40°C to 85°C wide temperature operation, and an IP30 metal enclosure for deployment in substations, distribution rooms, and outdoor cabinets with strong electromagnetic interference. Features include port forwarding, DMZ, DDNS dynamic domain name, and UPnP, with full UDP penetration through NAT gateways for industrial protocols. The dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi provides coverage up to 50 meters and supports 100+ concurrent client devices simultaneously.
