Overview

Lingqi’s Smart Factory & Digital Workshop Solution bridges the gap between factory floor devices and digital management systems. Lingqi industrial gateways collect data from production line equipment, CNC machines, robots, sensors, and PLCs via OPC UA (DA/HA), Modbus RTU/TCP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and other industrial protocols. The gateways normalize this heterogeneous data and forward it to MES, SCADA, and cloud platforms in real time, providing the data foundation for digital twin, production KPI analysis, and predictive maintenance applications.

The solution supports both brownfield and greenfield deployments. For existing factories with legacy equipment, Lingqi gateways connect to serial or Ethernet ports and perform protocol conversion without requiring equipment replacement. For new factories, the gateways integrate seamlessly with modern automation systems. Edge computing capabilities allow local data processing, alarm detection, and equipment interlocking — even when the connection to the upper-level system is temporarily interrupted. Data is cached locally and automatically retransmitted upon reconnection.
